About The Position
We are seeking a Seasonal Keg Washing Associate to support our Nitro Cold Brew, Tea, and Seltzer production team in Beltsville, Maryland. This role is primarily responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and preparation of kegs to ensure a continuous supply of clean vessels for the brewing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a variety of personalities and experience levels
- A team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for collaborating to create something great
- Reliable and punctual, with a consistent and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and presentation; comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency
- Energetic and adaptable, with flexibility to work shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours based on production needs
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with basic math and measurements, including volume, weight, and temperature
- Willingness to learn, follow detailed procedures, and maintain operational standards
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in beverage production, food manufacturing, or brewing is preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification
