About The Position

This role involves managing KDUP’s student volunteers, including recruitment, training, and task assignment. Responsibilities also encompass coordinating station promotions, supporting events, ensuring program quality, and fostering a positive volunteer experience through communication, feedback, and social media engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA to apply
  • Attending weekly staff meetings
  • Attending at least 3 volunteer meetings per semester
  • Hold 2 office hours each week
  • All staff are expected to attend and help with set up and tear down for all KDUP events

Nice To Haves

  • High attention to detail and working within an assigned budget
  • Effective, timely, and professional communication to students, faculty/staff, and external vendors
  • Prior experience with music/radio stations, or an interest in learning
