About The Position

This is a student volunteer experience position. Volunteer experience participants receive monthly stipend payments. This position requires collaboration with the KDUP team to plan and execute KDUP events, including concerts and campus collaborations. Responsibilities include event coordination, logistics, marketing, and building lasting relationships with bands, promoters, and campus organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA to apply
  • Attending weekly staff meetings
  • Attending at least 3 volunteer meetings per semester
  • Hold 2 office hours each week
  • All staff are expected to attend and help with set up and tear down for all KDUP events

Nice To Haves

  • High attention to detail and working within an assigned budget
  • Effective, timely, and professional communication to students, faculty/staff, and external vendors
  • Prior experience with event planning, or an interest in learning
