We are seeking skilled and dedicated Kayak Coaches in Pearland, TX to join our dynamic platform. Our flexible model lets you set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with motivated students ready to learn.
Requirements
- 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater).
- Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
Nice To Haves
- Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required.
