The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville is seeking a full-time K12 Strategist to join their department of instruction. This 37.5-hour-per-week, grant-funded position is crucial for delivering high-quality technical education and strengthening regional workforce pathways. The K–12 Strategist will collaborate with middle and high school personnel and community partners to help students identify strengths, interests, and career aspirations, aligning them with TCAT Knoxville’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. This role aims to enhance secondary-to-postsecondary transitions, support dual enrollment, and expand career-connected learning. Additionally, the Strategist will coordinate and promote work-based learning experiences like apprenticeships and cooperative education, connecting students to real-world careers and supporting Perkins V goals through improved pathway alignment, expanded access, and strong partnerships for seamless educational and workforce pipelines.
