K-8 Teacher (Part Time)
About The Position
Huntington Learning Center is seeking part-time teachers for all grade levels K-8+. We offer extensive in-center opportunities and limited online teaching. The ideal candidate must be a US Resident, caring, qualified, and committed to student success. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates and those returning to the workforce. Huntington Learning Center has been a leader in educational services since 1977, with a team of devoted tutors passionate about student success. We provide tutoring in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Study Skills, Phonics, Vocabulary, Science, Test Prep, High School Entrance Exam preparation, and SAT/PSAT & ACT preparation for students aged 5+. Our tutors receive intensive initial and ongoing training in Huntington's teaching methods and curriculum. If you are a qualified, caring, and dedicated teaching professional who enjoys working directly with students, this is the opportunity for you. At Huntington, you will not need to write lesson plans or grade homework. You can enhance your resume with valuable educational experience and earn money in a flexible environment with after-school, weekend, and summer instructional hours.
Requirements
- Must be a US Resident.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students.

- Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Teach students in grades K-8+

- Utilize Huntington's teaching methods and curriculum.
