K-8 ELA/Special Education Teacher: Substitutes Encouraged to Apply
About The Position
Kreyco is seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated teacher for an on-site, 3rd–8th grade ELA/Special Education teaching opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year. The organization partners with schools and teachers to support students and provides a comprehensive curriculum, coaching, mentorship, and professional development at no cost. Teachers may have diverse backgrounds and are welcome with or without certification; Kreyco assists teachers in obtaining certification while they teach. Payment varies based on the teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,100 weekly. The payment structure includes holidays and school breaks. This is an in-person, 1099 independent contractor role with daytime teaching hours Monday through Friday and no night or weekend classes. Substitutes are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Reside in the United States and within commuting distance of the school.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commute to the school.
- Complete a background check.
