About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic K-5th Teacher to join our team in the northern Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and committed to the academic and social development of elementary students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Florida teaching certification for elementary education (K-5).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to different learning styles.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching elementary students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards for grades K through 5.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being.
• Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Participate in professional development and school events as required.
