We're seeking an experienced K-12 teaching coach to work with educators looking to grow their skills and careers in the classroom. This role includes guidance on lesson planning, curriculum development, classroom management, student assessment, and special education, as well as helping clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on K-12 teaching experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their craft and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
