About The Position
Kreyco, formerly Language Learning Network, is a nationwide preK-12 education organization that partners with schools and teachers to support student learning, growth, and development. The company provides teachers with a comprehensive curriculum, coaching, mentorship, and professional development at no cost. Teachers may come from diverse career backgrounds and may be uncertified; Kreyco assists teachers in obtaining certification while they teach. The role involves teaching K-12 special education students in person at a school during the 2026-2027 school year. Payment varies by teaching project, from $400 to $1,100 per week, and the payment structure includes holidays and school breaks. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekday daytime teaching hours and no night or weekend classes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Reside in the United States and within commuting distance of the school.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commute to the school.
- Complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Teach special education students in grades K-12 in person.
- Support students' learning, growth, and development.
- Participate in coaching, mentorship, and professional development; Kreyco also assists uncertified teachers in obtaining certification.
