About The Position

Success Academy is a large, fast-growing network of public charter schools in New York, expanding to Florida. They are dedicated to providing children with a rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. The K-12 Arts Program Associate is a Network-based role responsible for managing the Scholar Talent team's execution of functional tasks and workstreams. This involves collaborating with other teams and managing information across relevant systems. The role is managed by the Lead of Scholar Talent.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of improving operational systems, showing an aptitude for rigorous, data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, pay meticulous attention to detail, and successfully navigate interpersonal or cross-functional challenges.
  • Value educational excellence and bring relevant collaborative or leadership experiences (e.g., playing on an athletics team, performing in an orchestra, or serving as a technical director for a theatrical institute or company).

  • Highly proficient with G-Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Zoom functionality, and advanced data management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline event and training logistics by utilizing automated scheduling and management tools to oversee space reservations and permitting.
  • Collaborate with the Rostering Services team to ensure accurate K–12 rostering and use data management systems to maintain precise elective, club, and transcript information.
  • Enhance procurement operations by leveraging AI-driven workflows to streamline the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Coordinate travel and logistical support for multi-day, out-of-area events using digital tools to optimize resource allocation and planning.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and implement tech-based improvements to reduce school-based workstreams, ensuring alignment with Scholar Talent 2.0 strategic goals.
  • Execute special project assignments designated by the Executive, Growth & Scholar Talent or the Scholar Talent Leadership Team to advance operational efficiency and programmatic scaling.
