This role involves supervising and directing counseling staff in the treatment and case management of juvenile offenders and ensuring fidelity to the Juvenile Rehabilitation Integrated Treatment Model. The position requires leading developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, racial equity-based, and culturally relevant counseling and case management for juvenile offenders.
