Junk Removal Specialist
About The Position
Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We're Southwind— the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group — built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. This is a full-time role where you will be driving company trucks along assigned routes, meeting customers face-to-face, providing on-the-spot estimates and closing sales, removing and responsibly disposing of unwanted items, and staying active and lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day. You will work outdoors and in new environments daily alongside a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service while maximizing daily performance opportunities.
Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working weekday and weekend shifts
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Enjoy meeting and helping people every day
- Driven and motivated to achieve goals
- Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Clear and confident communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required
