Junk & Route Sales Associate / Junk Removal Specialist at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Tucson Customer Service | Labor | Sales | Driving. This is not just an hourly role. Your sales ability, work ethic, and customer service skills directly impact your paycheck. Every day is different. You are not stuck behind a desk. You are: Driving company trucks along assigned routes Meeting customers face-to-face Providing on-the-spot estimates and closing sales Removing and responsibly disposing of unwanted items Staying active and lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day Working outdoors and in new environments daily. You will work alongside a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service while maximizing daily performance opportunities. We train you in: Sales and closing techniques Customer service excellence Marketing and brand representation Leadership and operations. Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Driving company trucks along assigned routes

- Base Pay: $15.50/hr + uncapped profit share & tips - make up to $27/hr!
