About the Role: As a Truck Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you’ll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.
• Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).
• Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates with experience in labor, warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.
• Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.
• Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
• Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions.
• Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.
• Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.
• Highlight the benefits of our services and encourage add-ons where applicable.
• Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to the company’s growth.
• Work closely with your teammate(s) to plan, execute, and complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
