We train individuals from the ground up, providing a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Customers contact us because they need help solving a problem. Your role will involve building trust, creating a great experience, confidently pricing the job, and closing the sale on-site. You will learn customer communication, objection handling, pricing negotiation, and excellent service delivery, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team. This position does not involve cold calling, sitting behind a desk all day, or chasing leads, but rather engaging in real conversations with customers who know they need our services.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude
