Your role involves building trust, creating great experiences, confidently pricing jobs, and closing sales on-site. You will learn customer communication, objection handling, pricing negotiation, and excellent service delivery, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team. This position does not involve cold calling, sitting at a desk all day, or chasing leads, but rather engaging in real conversations with customers who need our services.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude
