Junior Workplace Technology Engineer

Nordic Investin Group•Stockholm, ME

About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Junior Workplace Technology Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in secure and supportive digital workplace services for growing organisations. You will take responsibility for work that connects Microsoft 365, endpoint management and identity, while ensuring that collaboration tools and automation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The environment suits someone who tests assumptions early, documents trade-offs and treats operability as part of the design. You will work across teams with different incentives, technical histories and decision rights. The partner expects concise preparation, visible dependencies and follow through after meetings. Strong performance means that people understand what was decided, why it matters and what they now own. This role calls for strong foundations, curiosity and the discipline to learn quickly. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.
