About The Position

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Junior Windows System Administrator. This role supports our Navy customer in Ridgecrest, CA.
Requirements
- 1 year Windows server administration.
- Security+ or other qualifying CSWF certification.
- Top Secret (must be a US Citizen). Can start with interim clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ticketing system preferred.
- Bachelors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day management of Windows Server systems, including monitoring performance and checking system health, troubleshoot system and user account issues.
- Perform basic user and group management in Active Directory, such as creating accounts, resetting passwords, and updating permissions.
- Help maintain server patching by applying Windows Updates and documenting completed work.
- Monitor event logs and escalate issues related to system errors, warnings, or security alerts.
- Support routine server maintenance tasks, including disk cleanup, storage allocation, and verifying backups.
