About The Position

Corsair is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to manage fast-paced, day-to-day web project activities and deliverables, oversee project management processes, and collaborate with department leaders to coordinate cross-functional projects and programs. This role is responsible for the on-time, error-free delivery of web marketing projects. The ideal candidate has experience with the end-to-end process of building and maintaining websites, managing campaign projects, and a working knowledge of digital marketing principles alongside a proven project management background.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of project management experience in a marketing organization.
• Proven experience working on web and marketing campaign projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (both waterfall and agile) and the creative asset development lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools required (Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira), including experience using AI for project management.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining web project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365 and other desktop and cloud-based applications.
• Comfort with spreadsheet formulas (Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Google Sheets) to maintain and update project trackers.
• Proficiency in managing MS Teams and SharePoint sites.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of esports, PC gaming, and PC building a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, assess and manage risks, anticipate and help resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management while balancing business needs against technical constraints.
• Manage project timelines, plans, and deliverables across web and campaigns, working with internal design teams and external agencies on web and digital creative projects.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation, using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support workflows such as status updates, meeting summaries, and documentation.
