About The Position

The Junior Visual Designer supports static and motion design projects, including presentations, digital content, and communications for internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Design Manager, the role transforms stakeholder input into polished, production-ready visuals that deliver compelling stories. Ideal for early-career designers with strong visual design fundamentals, this is not a motion-only or concept-heavy role but one suited to varied design tasks. Design slide layouts, diagrams, icons, and branded graphics for internal and client-facing materials. Prepare layered and organized files in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign that are optimized for motion production. Assist with basic animations, versioning, and refinements in After Effects, working from established concepts.
