About The Position

Launched in 2024, Citco’s Experience Design group was created to bring enterprise-level impact through world-class design practice. The team partners across the organization to deliver strategic value in customer experience, digital transformation, process and organizational design, and product development. Our mission is to embed design as a core driver of business outcomes. The Junior UX/UI Designer will join a Global Design group that contributes to a range of product and strategic initiatives by participating in every aspect of the design process, from discovery and ideation, to prototyping, testing, iterating and product launch. The position is based in Toronto and may require some international travel to other CITCO locations. This role will report to the Design Director, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groups.

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design
• Familiarity with the design process
