About The Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and ambitious Junior UCOS Software Engineer to support innovative oil and gas terminal automation projects in the UK, US, and beyond. This role offers the chance to gain exposure to world-class automation technology in the energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and ideally some experience with C
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and T-SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement cutting-edge UCOS (DCS) software solutions
• Develop and support industrial software systems
• Debug, troubleshoot, and deliver innovative software solutions
• Assist with project planning and milestone delivery
• Work remotely on international projects from South Africa
• Gain exposure to world-class automation technology in the energy sector
