Requirements

  • Great communication skills.
  • Basic computer usage proficiency.
  • Sales closing ability.
  • Experience planning travel for family or friends.

  • Obsessed with discovery and a strong interest in travel culture.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and "street smart" when researching destinations, suppliers, and client preferences.
  • Fast learner with tech-savvy products (HubSpot CRM, Travefy Itinerary builder, Google workspace, etc.).
  • Customer service oriented and an excellent communicator (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrates accountability, discretion, and a high personal standard of work.
  • Not afraid of challenges and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Multiple languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, and German.
  • Skilled at generating enthusiasm in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage qualified leads from travel professionals.
  • Leverage partnerships with Virtuoso, Serendipians, and major travel groups to design and sell tailor-made itineraries.
  • Understand client needs, select appropriate hotels, experiences, and logistics.
  • Deliver accurate and compelling proposals that align with budgets, supplier availability, and sales targets.
  • Oversee the full production process of trips until completion, ensuring seamless execution with support from quality control and finance departments.
