Requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and shop personnel.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Available to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and documentation processes.
Experience supporting customer-facing training or demonstrations.
Experience with refrigeration systems.
Experience with validation and testing procedures for complex industrial equipment.
Interest in improving product quality and optimizing testing processes.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Test Supervisor during machine testing activities.
Perform mechanical and electrical testing on systems and equipment.
Calibrate instruments and equipment required for testing procedures.
Record, document, and maintain test data; support ISO 9000 documentation as needed.
Identify and correct faulty components and test failures.
Detect and resolve software-related malfunctions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment quality.
Verify that nameplates, safety labels, and documentation are correctly applied, and that the equipment is ready for shipment.
Support the Project Manager during customer visits and operational training sessions.
Ensure that all testing procedures are completed in accordance with defined quality requirements.
Provide finalized test documentation for inclusion in machine manuals.
