About The Position

Are you ready to shape the future of military technology and innovation? Torch Technologies is looking for dynamic Junior Test Engineers with expertise in LabVIEW software development to be a part of our cutting-edge projects. As a Junior Test Engineer at Torch Technologies, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working in laboratories at Redstone Arsenal. Your mission will be to develop LabVIEW hardware interfacing software that supports foreign material exploitation (FME), hardware testing, and reverse engineering to characterize and assess the operation and performance of military hardware systems.

Requirements

US Citizenship.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an additional Engineering Degree, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience from an accredited university.
2-8 years of applicable experience in hardware testing, design, or integration.
Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

A subject matter expert in LabVIEW software development.
Familiarity with characterizations of foreign threat systems.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and a passion for LabVIEW software and hardware interfacing.
Hardware reverse engineering, testing, or integration
Foreign threat systems.
Analysis of surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems.

Responsibilities

Create LabVIEW hardware interfacing software, pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Analyze hardware circuitry, functional diagrams, and schematics to develop cutting-edge tools and methods for system diagnostics.
Utilize LabVIEW for data acquisition, allowing us to gather critical information from a variety of sensors and instruments.
Employ LabVIEW for instrument control, providing the capability to interface with and control a range of sophisticated testing and measurement equipment.
Leverage LabVIEW's powerful signal processing and data analysis capabilities to extract valuable insights from collected data.
