We have a current opening for a Junior Technologist and are actively reviewing applications. The candidate will play a supporting role in the research, development, and improvement of food products and processes at our Louisville production site. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams internal to the plant, such as production, quality, maintenance, and the warehouse team, while also occasionally supporting external functions to the plant such as R&D, corporate quality, and procurement. You will ensure that our food products are safe, high-quality, and aligned with both regulatory standards and consumer expectations. The candidate is expected to support the industrialization of new recipes, optimizing formulations, supporting sensory evaluations, and ensuring compliance with food safety. This role requires both scientific knowledge and creative thinking to bring new and improved food products from concept to market, while also playing a key supporting role to daily production activities and tasks.
