Junior Technical Sales Representative
About The Position
This is a field-based role where the Junior Technical Sales Representative will develop new business and build strong client relationships across southern and eastern Poland. The role involves working closely with the Head of Division, gaining exposure to strategy while managing their assigned region day-to-day. It offers a hands-on opportunity to grow commercial and technical expertise in the high-demand construction chemicals sector. The client is an established distributor of chemical raw materials, supporting manufacturers in the construction and industrial sectors, known for its technical expertise and customer service, and is currently investing in growth to expand its footprint across Poland.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector
- Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
- Fluent English
- Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials
- Early experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers
- Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products
- Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications
- Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications
- Track market trends and competitor activity
