About The Position

Amentum is seeking a TOP SECRET-cleared Junior Targeting Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting CBP’s National Targeting Center or similar operations. These analysts will support CBP’s efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States. The role involves supporting targeting intelligence and law enforcement efforts, with a preference for direct experience supporting CBP, especially at the National Targeting Center. Candidates should be familiar with CBP NTC tools and systems, experienced in passenger, cargo, and network analysis, and capable of developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies. Experience with analytical tools like I2 and Palantir, as well as SharePoint and other information sharing systems, is also valued. An active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred.

Requirements

  • Active TOP SECRET-SCI with DHS suitability US Government Clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • 1-3 years’ experience supporting targeting intelligence and/or law enforcement.
  • Familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX.
  • Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis.
  • Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies.
  • Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience supporting CBP’s National Targeting Center or similar operations.
  • Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strongly preferred.
  • Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint and other file management and information sharing systems/tools.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree.
  • Experience/skills relevant to targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entity.
