Tilson is looking for a Junior Support Developer to help maintain, support, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions. Requirements
- Working knowledge of software development principles and relational database management systems.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance existing application code.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for internally developed and third-party business applications.
- Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries, including SELECT statements, JOINs, filtering, aggregation, and data validation.
- Support and maintain internal and external web applications and websites, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Assist with development, configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting of construction management and homebuilding software.
- Support Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, forms, and business processes.
- Assist with application integrations involving SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.
