About The Position

The Jr. Staff Accountant supports daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. This role helps ensure accurate financial records and assists the accounting team with month-end close and audit preparation.

Requirements

• AA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years accounting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with VISUAL ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Record customer payments and manage outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end close tasks, including basic journal entries and reports.
• Help gather documents and schedules for audits.
• Maintain organized financial files and perform other general accounting duties as needed
