Take the lead with La Squadra as JUNIOR & SOUS CHEF in France (Paris, Lille & Marseille) 🇫🇷 Due to the group's continuous expansion, we are looking for Junior & Sous Chefs for our restaurants in Paris, Lille, and Marseille. We are seeking passionate professionals capable of ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations, supporting brigade management, and guiding the team towards culinary excellence daily.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the menu change process with the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
  • Ensure speed and precision at the pass.
  • Make sure every dish is perfect, respecting the Group's recipes and standards.
  • Act as the Chef's right-hand person in ensuring everything is impeccable: hygiene standards, well-presented staff, and controls always aligned with objectives.
  • Manage Food Cost like a true leader: zero waste, perfect inventories, punctual orders.
  • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
  • Train and guide your team daily, transmitting passion and professionalism.
  • Build your Squad: your leadership creates harmony and makes the work environment stimulating and positive.
