Legends & ASM Global, a partnership redefining excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Raymond James Stadium. This hourly role, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, is responsible for supporting all Suites culinary operations, including production, operations, and sanitation. The role involves ensuring high standards for all products, creating innovative menu items based on feedback, leading teams with respect, monitoring food preparation for compliance with health regulations, managing menu specifications and recipes, adhering to inventory and labor control measures, providing efficient service and quality products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. The Junior Sous Chef will also perform other duties as assigned.
