About The Position

In the last 10 years, we have opened 34 restaurants across Europe (France, Principality of Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Ireland) and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Take the lead with La Squadra as JUNIOR & SOUS CHEF in France & Germany 🇫🇷 Due to the group's continuous expansion, we are looking for Junior & Sous Chefs for our restaurants in Paris, Lille, Marseille, and Berlin. We are seeking passionate professionals capable of ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations, supporting brigade management, and guiding the team towards culinary excellence daily.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar role within the Italian restaurant industry.
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the menu change process with the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
  • Ensure speed and precision at the pass.
  • Make sure every dish is perfect, respecting recipes and Group standards.
  • Ensure impeccable hygiene standards, well-presented staff, and controls aligned with objectives.
  • Manage Food Cost: minimize waste, conduct perfect inventories, and place timely orders.
  • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
  • Train and mentor your team daily, conveying passion and professionalism.
  • Build your team: your leadership creates harmony and makes the work environment stimulating and positive.
