Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and principles.
  • Proficiency in at least one language, preferably in C#, .Net, Python, T-SQL, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks (e.g., IDEs, build tools, unit testing frameworks).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior internship or project experience in software development is a must.
  • Enthusiasm for software engineering and a passion for building high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CI/CD automation a plus
  • Understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with team members to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
  • Participation in requirements analysis, understanding user needs and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues reported by users or QA team members.
  • Contributing to architectural design discussions and decisions.
  • Working with version control systems (AzureDevOps Git) to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers.
  • Participation in SDLC requirements using and maintaining automated CI/CD DevOps pipelines and processes.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
  • Following agile development methodologies, participation in sprint planning, and delivering features within the established timelines.
  • Documenting software designs, implementation details, and technical specifications.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, sharing progress updates and seeking assistance when needed.
