The engineer will analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements and document solutions, and prepare charts, diagrams, and documentation to support problem analysis and solution recommendations. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining scripts, bots, or applications that automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow, participating in the product lifecycle, including upgrades and implementation of new features, and preparing and presenting factual reports and recommendations based on studies and surveys.
