Junior Software Developer
About The Position
The Junior Software Developer / Healthcare Application Support Specialist contributes to the continued development, testing, configuration, and support of the organization's behavioral-health clinical and administrative software platform — a modern React / TypeScript web application built with Vite and backed by a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. Working directly under the Senior Full-Stack Healthcare Software Engineer, this position spends the majority of its time on hands-on work: building and maintaining React front-end components, writing and tuning SQL and operational reports against the AWS-hosted database, assisting with REST API integration, and helping monitor the application's AWS services. The role also serves as a first technical point of contact for application users, giving the developer direct exposure to the clinical, utilization-review, revenue-cycle, and administrative workflows that inform the software they build. This is an ideal role for an early-career developer with front-end React/Vite experience and AWS database exposure who wants to grow into a full-stack healthcare software engineering or cloud engineering career.
