We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle while working alongside experienced developers. You'll contribute to business-critical applications while helping the organization adopt Generative and Agentic AI technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience or coursework with ASP.NET MVC
Familiarity with C#, Java, or Python
Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents

Exposure to SSRS
Familiarity with CMS
Exposure to IIS
Interest in enterprise or manufacturing systems
Curiosity about Generative and Agentic AI

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business applications that integrate with third-party systems
Support existing applications and participate in new development projects
Assist with data conversions during system upgrades
Provide technical support to technical and non-technical users
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Support AI-assisted software development initiatives
Review AI-generated code and recommend improvements
Maintain source code using version control
Test applications and coordinate with Cybersecurity
Evaluate emerging Generative and Agentic AI tools
