ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the development, integration, and testing of software solutions for our government and defense customers. Requirements
- Experience developing software using C++.
- Active security clearance required.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with or exposure to the Qt framework.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience developing software in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Previous DoD, government contracting, internship, or military technical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using C++.
- Assist with software integration, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.
- Work with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into software solutions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and follow established development standards.
- Support continuous improvements to software performance and reliability.
