About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1+ year of experience developing applications using C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
- 1+ year of hands-on SQL development experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of relational database concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to diverse technical environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as: Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Other BI/reporting platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and system integrations.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
- Gather and document business requirements, technical specifications, and development needs.
- Assist with application migrations, implementation activities, and quality assurance testing.
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with users and technical teams to resolve problems.
- Support production systems and help ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors on projects and support initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements, root-cause analysis, and continuous optimization efforts.
