Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of construction experience in 4-storey wood frame, multi-family construction
  • Excellent organization and management skills to achieve time efficiency and work deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, decision making and taking ownership
  • Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all building techniques, building codes, and safety regulations associated with the construction of multi-story apartment buildings
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural schematics
  • Willingness to travel across Site locations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing site operations to ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
  • Support coordination of trades and subcontractors on-site
  • Help monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays
  • Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling
  • Ensure work is being completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards
