About The Position

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an experienced attorney with 6+ years of Civil Litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Trial experience is preferred. Experience in the areas of bodily injury is highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess stellar academic credentials, strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as strong/persuasive oral advocacy. A desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm, the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients with a client-first mindset, and be highly organized with a clear and concise communication style. Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Requirements

6+ years of Civil Litigation experience
Prior insurance defense experience
Stellar academic credentials
Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, with a client first mindset
Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
Self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
