About The Position
Motor Werks Honda, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is searching for a friendly and energetic Junior Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A polished appearance and demeanor to represent the Motor Werks Honda brand.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting customers as they arrive at our service department.
- Guide customers to the appropriate advisors or areas, ensuring a seamless service process.
- Maintain the flow of traffic in the service drive while coordinating with advisors and technicians.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
- Keep the service drive and waiting area neat and organized.
- Work closely with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
