About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to provide supplemental insurance solutions to business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients. The role centers on building relationships, understanding clients’ needs, and educating and supporting them as they select coverage. The representative conducts needs-based consultations, presents and enrolls clients in supplemental health insurance programs, and follows up to ensure clients feel supported. Training and mentorship are provided to support personal and professional growth. Compensation is commission-based, with an advertised average of $65,000–$85,000 per year and an optional base draw during the first six weeks. The position is full-time and classified as an independent contractor, serving a local territory.
