About The Position

The Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level, field-based role focused on building relationships with dental offices in your assigned territory. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing and outreach efforts by connecting with current and potential referral partners. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred
Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Organized and able to manage a schedule independently
Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required)
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships
Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits
Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events
Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems
Provide feedback on what you’re seeing in the field, including opportunities and general trends
Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement
Support doctors and team members during community visits and events
Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person)
Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager
