Requirements

  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

  • Are customer-service oriented with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Have a healthy sense of humor and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
  • Move quickly while staying organized and detail-focused
  • Follow through without reminders
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or high-volume

Responsibilities

  • Actively move candidates through the hiring pipeline
  • Keep hiring managers informed and engaged
  • Attend Job Fairs as needed
  • Own background checks
  • Ensure no strong candidate gets lost
  • Support hiring events and recruitment campaigns
  • Help reduce agency reliance and strengthen our internal teams
