Our team communicates regularly through Microsoft Teams. Most internal meetings and occasional team calls are conducted via live video. Comfort with consistent virtual engagement is important in this role. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple open roles at once and must be organized, adaptable, and proactive. This role requires frequent and consistent communication with candidates and hiring partners. We connect with candidates by phone, email, text, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional communication channels as appropriate. Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with proactive outreach are essential.
