About The Position

Provides candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques and talent assessment across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Uses and interprets assessment tools, as well as driving workforce planning within client groups. Partners with other Team Members in Pipeline Development, Sourcing and Recruiting Operations to deliver on hiring needs across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • 1+ years of experience working on a recruiting team
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge required.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including electronic media and e-mail.
  • Self-starter with a track record of effectively managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in groups and in partnership with others.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism and confidentiality as well as be able to relate comfortably to people in all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

  • Manages assessment tools in order to facilitate goal achievement
  • Ability to meet monthly recruiting goals in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Drives workforce planning with leaders across the organization in a formal and informal process.
  • Develops internal and external communications to promote Goodwill opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains “trusted advisor” relationships with hiring managers and client groups that are collaborative in nature.
  • May recruit primarily for Retail Management and Warehouse positions across Central and Northern Arizona, which may include high volume class-style hiring.
  • Identifies, qualifies and presents candidates to business leaders.
  • Interfaces with applicants, candidates, and external sources to develop robust talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Responds to employment inquiries from potential candidates.
  • Advises managers and Team Members on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Maintains current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA and other related guidelines and laws at the Federal, State and local level.
  • Recommends revisions to comply as regulations change.
  • Partners with Recruiting Team Members to continuously innovate and improve on Goodwill’s hiring practices.

  • Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
