As a Junior Recruiter, you will partner closely with our recruiting and project management and sales team to identify, qualify, and match top talent to our clients’ needs. This role offers hands-on experience across the talent lifecycle, providing the opportunity to build strong recruiting skills while supporting high-impact learning and development initiatives. Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships with candidates, team members, and stakeholders
  • Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting shared goals and recruiting initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, video, and written channels, with confidence engaging talent and internal teams
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate information, documentation, and recruiting activities
  • Leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to support talent outreach, engagement, and pipeline development
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, to support daily workflow and communication
  • Apply strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain process efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive talent outreach to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates to expand and strengthen the talent network in alignment with client needs
  • Support fulfillment of client talent requirements by helping source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for open roles and project requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent profiles by collecting, verifying, and updating candidate information within internal systems
  • Perform outreach to existing talent to gather availability, experience updates, and role alignment information to support placement efforts
  • Partner with Talent Recruitment Managers to support candidate vetting, qualification, and evaluation processes
  • Assist with reference checks and background screening coordination to ensure candidate readiness and compliance
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between talent, recruitment teams, and clients to support timely hiring decisions
