Requirements

  • Minimum experience in market research.
  • Knowledge of quantitative research tools.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent English level.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective client relations in managing daily research activities.
  • Support the manager in drafting research projects based on client briefs, formulating methodologies aligned with received input and specific client objectives.
  • Assist the team in producing intermediate research outputs (requesting quotes, drafting research proposals, defining and writing questionnaires), with guided or partially autonomous work.
  • Liaise with the field for ongoing monitoring of activities, ensuring proper management of timelines and associated costs.
  • Control the quality and project consistency of received research data, prepare analysis plans, and oversee resulting outputs.
  • Analyze data, develop reports, and share them with the client along with the research manager.
  • Create presentations of survey results with comments; in some cases, depending on project complexity, present directly alongside the research manager.
